Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying its quiet location just a short walk from Paihia. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, though I wish I had known about the room service for dining. The friendly staff made my experience even better, and the breakfast offered was a nice touch. However, my trip started with a very frustrating situation due to a booking mix-up, which left me without a room upon arrival.
I had a reasonably pleasant stay, enjoying the spacious studio with nice extra touches. The views from my balcony were fantastic, and while the facilities are well-maintained, there were some aspects that clearly need attention, like the rust and wear in certain areas. The overall value for money felt a bit off considering the needed upgrades around the property.
The hotel is in a prime location, close to the village and has great sea views, but unfortunately, it falls short on many fronts, particularly regarding the quality of accommodation and dining options. The condition of the rooms is quite tired and not reflective of the price being charged. Although we appreciated the small refund offered for our issues, the overall experience was underwhelming considering the cost.
I had a lovely stay at this quaint hotel, just a short walk from town and with stunning ocean views. The rooms might be a little dated, but the charming atmosphere and friendly staff more than compensate. However, the dining service, particularly on slower nights, could use some improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for families.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with spacious and clean rooms that boast stunning views of the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Jaimie and Linda, who made our stay unforgettable. Although there was some noise during the mornings and evenings, it quieted down later in the night. Overall, it's a charming place to stay in Paihia, and the value for money is great.
